The tx2500z supports up to 4GB of DDR2 memory. It comes with up to 320GB hard drive and a built-in SuperMulti 8X DVD+/-R/RW or a LightScribe variant of the same. The display in this Tablet PC has a resolution of 1280x800 pixels. It is also optimized for hardwriting capture - you can simply write on it with a dockable /rechargeable eraser pen.
